Ingredients

1 cup of Coconut milk
1 cup of frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Blend together
  2. Pour Into a nice tall glass

You can also add baby carrots, honey or vanilla to sweeten this up.  I do this when I make this for my kids, to hide the fact that I don’t add sugar. Freezing the fruit first means you don’t have to use ice. That means you don’t have to drink a watered down smoothie. This is such a healthy between meals snack.

*Make a frosty glass/mug to keep your blueberry smoothie cold longer. Wet your chosen glass inside and out with water and do not dry it off. Place it wet, and right side up into your freezer. After at least an hour your frosty glass/mug is ready to use.

  2. Yes. I have used almond. Cow, goat, almond coconut should all be fine. I wouldn't recommend heavy whipping cream but my skinny kids wish I'd make it with that all the time. Ah, to be young and have a fast metabolism again.View Comment
